The renowned automaker Renault is driving its history-making legacy to the web3 with the launch of its inaugural NFT collection. Following other car producers who have already taken the web3 route, Renault is coming to the realm to celebrate the 50th anniversary of its iconic Renault 5 line. Thus, the brand's first-ever NFT collection, dubbed genR5, will be composed of only 1,972 animated tokens, matching the year when the first legendary R5 hatchback was launched. The collection will drop on December 15th via Renault's own web3 platform entitled R3NLT.
